Words can’t express the sorrow I feel for Pat Neshek and his family. There’s no way I can begin to know the pain they’re in right now. Any expression of condolences will not make up for their loss. Reading about the tragedy reminded me of this past summer with Jack and how we could have easily lost him. Right now all I want is to be with Jack and to hold him and to thank him for fighting to stay with us. It’s a tragedy what it takes sometimes to wake us up to the harsh and scary reality of life. We take life for granted far too often. Whatever you believe, I think we can all agree that life is a precious gift and we never know how long it might last. My thoughts and prayers are with the Neshek family <3
